Slow Down. Unplug. Find Joy.

Located at Blue Valley's Wilderness Science Center, the Wellness Walk was first created in 2022.  Keep The Spark Alive Foundation worked with Blue Valley Education Foundation to create a place where visitors could immerse themselves in nature, slow down, and find joy in their surroundings.  

While the original purpose remains, today visitors can step into a new and improved experience. Guests are  invited to follow the path and engage in guided prompts for grounding, self-awareness, and empowerment.
