Mental Health & Wellness Checklist for High School Graduates & Their Families

Do you have a soon-to-be or recent high school graduate in your family? Congratulations! This milestone is momentous and exciting - and it can be overwhelming for both parents and their young adult children. The checklist below is designed to help you navigate mental health and wellness needs during this transition. Created by three dedicated BV Well parent volunteers who have all been through graduation and 'launch' with their children, we hope you and your graduate will find the topics and steps covered in the checklist worthwhile.
