Through our signature fundraising events, BVEF brings together community members, students and teachers to celebrate educational excellence and raise funds to support programs that help Blue Valley exceed traditional classroom limits.

Join the Blue Valley Educational Foundation for the 36th Annual Community Breakfast, a signature event celebrating the students, educators, and community partners who make Blue Valley Schools exceptional. This year's goal is to raise $400,000 in support of classroom and district-wide grants.
This year’s theme, Why Blue Valley?, invites our community to share and experience the stories that define our schools—what makes them strong, what makes them special, and why students thrive here every day.
The morning will include:
Each year, the Community Breakfast brings together hundreds of community members in support of BVEF’s mission to enrich educational excellence in Blue Valley Schools. Proceeds from the event directly support classroom grants and programs that expand opportunities for students and educators across the district.
We invite you to be part of this special morning and help us answer the question: Why Blue Valley?
Breakfast sponsorships make a tremendous impact on our district through teacher and classroom grants, district-wide performing arts initiatives, a diverse schedule of mental health and wellness programs, and support for teacher recruitment and retention efforts. BVEF invites you to invest in your public schools and get involved in all the good things happening in Blue Valley.

This annual celebration continues to provide critical support for BVEF’s mission, funding classroom grants and initiatives that elevate learning opportunities District-wide.
Women’s Giving Circle offers $10,000 grants to individual schools across the district or department-wide curriculums. Grant proposals, submitted by principals, administrative leaders, or classroom teachers, are narrowed down to three finalists selected. Finalists will present at the Women’s Giving Circle gathering where voting members, donors, will select the winning grant.
A giving circle is participatory philanthropy; individuals make donations that are pooled and collectively awarded to the winning grant. For the BVEF Women's Giving Circle, up to three grant applications will be presented to members at the spring and fall event. A $100 donation entitles an individual to attend the event and to vote for the grant of their choice. Up to $10,000 will collectively be awarded to the winning grant.
Want to participate but can't attend? All registered Women's Giving Circle members who are unable to join us will receive copies of the grant applications and an opportunity to vote prior to the gathering.
